This legislation is crucial to envisioning an end to sexual exploitation, where justice, equality and human dignity are the norm, where all sexual relationships are consensual and those who coerce and exploit are held accountable, where no prostituted person is criminalized or stigmatized.

To achieve this in Massachusetts we need to take critical action by implementing the Equality Model legislation, and to provide better resources to support those most impacted by prostitution.
